First: Precautions during cutting and grinding processing
1. Tungsten steel fixture pieces are prone to simple cracking and chipping under impact and excessive processing loads, while hard alloys must be firmly fixed on the workbench before processing.
2. Tungsten steel has extremely low magnetism, and the non-magnetic hard alloy base has no magnetism. Do not use magnets to fix the hard alloy. Please use fixtures to fix it. Before processing, please confirm whether the workpiece is loose again. If so, please fix the workpiece until it is firm.
3. The processing surface of tungsten steel fixture pieces will be very lubricated after cutting and grinding, and the corners will be very sharp. Please pay attention to safety during transfer and use.
4. Hard alloy is a material with extremely high hardness and brittleness. It is strictly prohibited to strike hard alloy with a metal hammer due to fear of impact.

Secondly, precautions during discharge and wire cutting machining
1. Tungsten steel fixture pieces have high hardness and wear resistance, and the operation process may be slower during discharge and wire cutting.
2. The surface of tungsten steel fixture pieces after discharge machining is relatively simple and shows cracking and chipping, so please adjust the machining program according to the application conditions of the product.
3. During the online cutting of tungsten steel fixture pieces, cracking often occurs. Therefore, please acknowledge that the machining surface has no defects before proceeding to the next process.

Thirdly, precautions during fusion welding processing
1. Please select the appropriate welding/fusion processing plan according to the requirements.
2. Tungsten steel fixture pieces may easily crack during fusion welding. Please confirm that the processing surface is not damaged before proceeding to the next process.
3. When the flying objects (welding iron) that occur during welding operations adhere to the hard alloy, due to rapid heating and simple cooling, the alloy may crack. Therefore, please be particularly careful when performing welding operations.

Fourth: Precautions during HIT processing
1. During operations such as perforation and tapping on the filling material (dispersed bonding), there may be shaking of the filling material or partial cracking of the hard alloy. Please strengthen inspection and acknowledge that there are no abnormalities after the operation.
2. When carrying out all processing operations: it is necessary to use all safety equipment carried on the machine during processing operations. It is necessary for staff to wear safety equipment that maintains the eyes, hands, feet, head, and all parts of the body.
