Do we know any methods for preparing special ceramic materials? In terms of the preparation technology of special ceramic material powders, new powder composition methods such as solid phase composition, liquid phase composition, and gas phase composition have been developed. Among them, liquid phase composition and gas phase composition are two basic methods. Solid phase composition is usually composed of powders prepared by the above two methods through solid phase reactions. The production technology used for the evaporation boat product is the "hot press sintering method". This production technology refers to sintering the green body under high temperature and pressure, which also completes the forming and firing of the green body together. At present, the heating of domestic standardized products is between 1700-1900 ℃, while using new high-tech electric furnaces can reach temperatures above 2300 ℃, resulting in higher quality evaporation boats produced under these conditions. After verification, the heating temperature of the evaporation boat produced in the new United States is 1900 ℃. The increase in temperature increases the density of the product during the sintering (hot pressing) process, resulting in a product with almost no pores and better bending resistance, seismic resistance, evaporation and spreading functions. Due to the two main physical indicators of the evaporation boat, density and resistivity. During use, it should have a certain density and corresponding resistivity.

The solution composition method is currently widely used. This method can be divided into three types: solvent removal method, stacking generation method and sol gel method.

1. Sol gel method
It is a method for preparing material powder by transforming the loose particles into sol gel, and then filtering, dehydration, monotony and thermal differentiation. This method is now used to prepare completely stable, partially stable zirconia and high-purity alumina.

2. Stacking generation method
It is a method of separating a solution from a solute by generating a stack. The methods for obtaining stacking include co stacking, uniform stacking, alcoholization with water differentiation, and electrolysis. The accumulated material is filtered, washed, monotonically and thermally differentiated into powder. This type of method has been widely used in the preparation of material powders such as zirconia, pure magnesium oxide, ferrite, and barium titanate.

3. Solvent removal method
It is a method of physically removing solvents and concentrating solutions to separate solutes. The drying method after concentration can be spray drying method and freeze drying method in vacuum, or liquid drying method using hygroscopic liquid such as acetone to absorb solvent.
